QIS stands for Quality Information System and is intended to share information about internal nonconformities. This QIS was developed in-house and started operation in July 2018. The QIS enables us to handle massive data, and finds invisible “signs of failures” that may be undetectable for conventional inspection machines. Moreover, by sharing information about internal nonconformities and “visualizing” them, advantages as shown below can be expected:
① The administrator can check information in a timely manner and can take suitable　action.
② The key point of problems can be clearly identified through the stratification of the types of nonconformities and improvement can be effectively achieved.
③ Each operator can have a deeper understanding of problems by information input and viewing, and improve his/her performance level.
